TRIANON DIAGNOSTICS, INC.(TDI) started as the Pharmacia Division of its mother company, TRIANON INTERNATIONAL, INC. (TII) in 1997. In 2008, the TII management felt that the division can stand on its own. Thus, a new Company was born. TDI was incorporated in May 2009 and was registered with the Securities and Exchange
Commission under Certificate of Registration No. CS200905891 dated May 8, 2009.

Since 1997, Trianon has represented Phadia, Inc., which is the global leader in allergy diagnostics. Phadia develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma, and autoimmune diseases.

Besides strategic management, administration, and business development, the international center of Phadia in Uppsala, Sweden incorporates extensive research and development facilities, a state-of-the-art production plant and distribution system operating cost-effectively around the clock.

In Freiburg, Germany, a second center develops and supports diagnostic tests for autoimmune diseases. Some 98% of Phadia’s production is exported to more than 3,000 laboratories in 60 countries including the Philippines where Phadia is exclusively represented by TDI.

Supplying 7 out of 10 allergy laboratory tests worldwide, the company (Phadia) has remained the world leader in
its field for more than 25 years.

In the Philippines, the Board of Directors of TDI is composed of reputable professionals from different fields and disciplines, creating a synergism that lends expertise in management and marketing, corporate law and taxation, medicine, finance and administration, importation and strategic business development.
